Paneer Bhaji with Mirale Pav Bhaji Masala

Paneer pav bhaji is a variation of the popular and classic Pav Bhaji. This variation of paneer pav bhaji is made with mixed vegetables, paneer, Mirale pav bhaji masala and herbs. It makes for a filling snack that you can enjoy any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 2 chopped onions
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- ½ bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Mirale Pav Bhaji Masala
- 200 grams paneer. Crumbled
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil and add chopped onions.
- Make a paste of the garlic cloves and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in chopped bell pepper.
- Add Mirale Pav Bhaji masala.
- Add crumbled paneer.
- Add in salt to taste.
- Cook everything for 7-10 minutes.
- Add butter and coriander.
- Ready to serve.
