Paneer Bhaji with Mirale Pav Bhaji Masala

Paneer pav bhaji is a variation of the popular and classic Pav Bhaji. This variation of paneer pav bhaji is made with mixed vegetables, paneer, Mirale pav bhaji masala and herbs. It makes for a filling snack that you can enjoy any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chopped onions
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • ½ bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mirale Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 200 grams paneer. Crumbled
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil and add chopped onions.
  2. Make a paste of the garlic cloves and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in chopped bell pepper.
  4. Add Mirale Pav Bhaji masala.
  5. Add crumbled paneer.
  6. Add in salt to taste.
  7. Cook everything for 7-10 minutes.
  8. Add butter and coriander.
  9. Ready to serve.
